1cupTrader Joes Non-Dairy Pumpkin Oat BeverageIf you can't get your hands on this see notes section for substitute.
1handfulFresh or frozen spinach
1/2Large Banana I like to use frozen for a creamier consistency
2tbspPumpkin SeedsI used Trader Joes pumpkin spiced pumpkin seeds
1sprinklePumpkin Spice
1/2cupIce cubes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. About 30-50 seconds. That's it!
Notes
If you can't get your hands on the Trader Joes Non Dairy Pumpkin Oat beverage you can substitute 1/4 cup canned pumpkin and 3/4 cup of oat milk or almond milk.
