We didn’t wait in line more than 20 min and got on every ride we wanted to. We even ate at the Be Our Guest restaurant.

Feeling extra grateful this Christmas. If you are in the thick of it don’t lose faith. Although they helped save our baby, the doctors were wrong about our outcome and even suggested termination more than once. Trust God and your gut.

⚠️ Last year, after announcing our pregnancy to all our close friends and family I had a miscarriage. At my first ultrasound they told me my uterus was empty. I was devastated. One of the hardest parts was telling our daughter.

We decided to try for another baby as soon as possible and found out we were pregnant again a couple days before my husband flew to South Korea for a work trip.

We were so excited, but we didn’t want to tell our family too early because of our previous loss. Instead we had a small gender reveal party with my closest friends.

My parents were coming to visit soon so I decided to wait so I could surprise them in person. After they left, we found out our baby had a condition called hydrops fetalis and we were devastated again.

3 doctors told us that we could terminate our baby because even if she survives pregnancy and birth, which they believed was very unlikely, “she may be very sick” and “it would be hard on our family”

I told all 3 of them that it was NOT an option and I would do everything I could to help her survive. I prayed every day that she would be ok and prove the doctors wrong. That she would show them that God does exist.

After 4 surgeries and many setbacks our rainbow baby was born alive and healthy. The doctors were shook because they had so much doubt that she would even survive the first procedure. Not only did she survive but she made it to full term and was born vaginally without complications.

After a short NICU stay and another surgery we brought her home and our family felt complete.

Please follow and share our story as it has already prevented one mother in another country from terminating her pregnancy. Her daughter was born alive thanks to her courage and faith. DM me if you are a hydrops parent and need resources or support.
